Pricing

When are prices locked in when I make a purchase?

Transaction prices are locked in at the time of purchase, with the exception of telephone orders for bullion and special orders or larger orders, which are locked in when funds are received by the company.


How long is the price locked in for online store transactions?

Your payment for the transaction is due 5 business days from the date of order. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the company may cancel the order. If you are paying by check, cashier’s check or money order, we recommend you mail your payment on the day you place your order via next day mail to ensure we receive the payment on time. Providing to the company your valid credit card information is required to lock in pricing on your order.

Payments

Is there a discount for paying by check, money order, cashier’s check or wire?

Yes, there is a 3.85% discount if you pay by check, money order, cashier's check or wire for online store orders. The discount does not apply to credit card transactions, phone orders and some promotional offers.

How long do you hold transactions paid by personal check or cashier’s check?

10-15 business days from receipt of check.

When is my payment due?

Your payment is due no later than 5 business days after your order is placed. (Ex. 1, order placed on Monday, payment is due no later than the following Monday; Ex. 2, order placed on Friday, payment is due no later than the following Friday). If we do not receive timely payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you are paying by check, cashier’s check or money order, we recommend you mail your payment on the day you place your order via next day mail to ensure we receive the payment on time.

Are credit cards an acceptable form of payment?

Yes, we accept credit cards. However, credit cards are not accepted for online orders exceeding $3,000.00 for new customers that have not successfully completed a credit card transaction with our company (and more than 10 business days have lapsed since successful completion). All credit card transactions are reviewed and may be subject to further verification. If you want to make a credit card purchase in excess of $3,000.00 for your first transaction, please contact us at 1-800-336-1630.

Are wire transfers an acceptable form of payment?

Yes, we accept wire transfers. Providing the company your valid credit card information is required to lock in pricing on your order.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund except on special orders and bullion orders.

What is your bullion and special order cancellation policy?

The 30 day refund policy does not apply to bullion or special orders. On bullion or special orders, all prices are locked in at the time of purchase on the online store and upon receipt of good funds for phone orders and larger online store orders. If you choose to cancel a purchase of bullion or special order products, you must do so by contacting us via phone at 1-800-336-1630 during regular business hours. Cancellation of an order cannot be accomplished without speaking to a manager. You may not cancel an order by leaving a message with the answering service or voicemail. All cancelled bullion or special order transactions are subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a $30 cancellation fee. When you speak to the manager regarding the cancellation, any market loss will be calculated and added to the $30 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee and any market loss will be charged to your credit card. Any market gain on cancelled orders shall belong to the company.

What is your Market Loss Policy?

When you make a bullion purchase through our online store, you have entered into a binding contract for the purchase at the agreed upon price. If you choose to cancel the transaction or default on payment or if you default on any other act required of you, you agree that you have full responsibility to First Fidelity Reserve for any Market Loss plus a $30 cancellation fee. You will also be fully responsible and liable to First Fidelity Reserve for any and all fees or costs associated with collecting from you. Any market gain shall belong to the company. All pending or future orders shall be held for shipment until all cancellation fees and Market Loss amounts are fully paid.

Shipping

What is the shipping charge for my order?

We offer free shipping for online orders over $99.00. Online orders that are $99.00 or less, will be subject to shipping charges of $6.00.

When will my order be shipped?

Credit card orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after the receipt of payment.

Personal check orders typically ship within 10-15 business days after the receipt of payment.

Cashier’s check and money orders typically ship within 5-10 business days after the receipt of payment.

Bank wire orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after the receipt of payment.

Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to overwhelming demand or other factors.

How are orders shipped?

We ship orders via U. S. Postal Service, Federal Express and UPS. Most orders will require a signature to confirm delivery.

Are packages insured during shipment?

Yes, we fully insure all shipments from our company for damage or loss during transit.
