At First Fidelity Reserve, we are guided by a set of values that have shaped everything we do, particularly the way we have built our client relationships and the proven "niche" strategies we recommend. It might sound old-fashioned and may not be the right approach for everyone, but we've learned through 20+ years of experience that it's a tried and true way of helping you succeed
  • We are focused on one client--the long-term planner. All aspects of our business, from the award winning materials we utilize and services we offer to the Market Maker benefits we pass on to our clientele, are aligned to help us better understand and meet our clients' unique needs.

  • We like to work with clients who share our long-term view of acquisitions. That doesn't mean you need to have millions to participate with us. In fact, we value every client the same regardless of financial status.

  • We are committed to a long-term philosophy that emphasizes rarity, quality and diversification. We make every effort to avoid strategies that open our clients up to speculation.

The concept of buying coins that are as close to bullion as you can get is one that many feel is the simplest way to buy and sell coins. Yet, in reality, this strategy is likely to confuse or complicate their lives even more. Buying bullion coins or buying from many different coin companies, means that they are playing Market Maker--keeping up with each and every move of the raw metal's market, the behind the scenes dealings of the government and other federal entities, and trying to get the most for their coins when it comes time to sell. Letting First Fidelity Reserve act as your expert, means that our clients can relax and focus their attentions on their everyday lives while we handle the day-to-day work and all the intricacies of the industry that may push the price of their coins up or down.

Our "Laser Pointed" philosophy is characterized by what we won't do as much as by what we will do. We discourage our clients from buying speculation. We refuse to sell coins to a client that does not fall within our Market Maker Strategies. The only person it would benefit would be us-and that is not our goal.

Furthermore, our research department typically provides research opinions and materials to our competitors AT NO CHARGE in order to help drive the demand of our clients areas. We believe the smartest way to serve our clientele is to concentrate our efforts (marketing, buying power, and educational materials, etc.) within a small niche of a much larger and more complex coin industry.

We also discourage our clients from frequent trading - just one reason we do not offer online trading. It has been proven time and again that a long-term strategy is one of the soundest ways to help achieve one’s goals.

We don't believe in selling any and every coin just because we can make a dollar. We are committed to looking out for your best interests and helping you develop a plan that makes sense for your specific goals. If your needs change over time, we'll work with you to help diversify and rebalance your collection many times by bringing in coins you already own and switching them for others at no financial advantage to First Fidelity Reserve.

Relationships are key! In our view, building strong relationships is one of the main concerns we have at First Fidelity Reserve. In order to be most effective for our clients, we need to understand their expectations and needs. We want our clients to feel that they are a Person and not an Account.
